I’ve been amazed at the speed and efficiency provided by the internet since I started playing around back in 1992. The ability to sell a product or just get an idea all over the world was not even considered when I was in college during the early 1980s. This blog is a perfect example of how electrons have changed life. We should take advantage of this tool before Skynet ruins it all… 
In the 1980s we wondered how we could talk and do business with someone all the way on the other side of the country. Today I don’t even have to try to get all these US cities involved in my life. They stop by on their way to work…
In a typical week I will post ideas that are read by people all over the earth. Many actually take the time to respond to me – some guy with a computer in Pennsylvania. I read posts on other blogs and forums from people in countries I cannot even find on a map without using Google. I learn things I would never have the chance to learn 10 years ago. When I was a kid I would bet that very few people from my school could find India on a map. Today we can sit at our computer and buy/sell stocks and merchandise directly from India. We routinely communicate with people from India on forums and blogs – just as if they were right down the street. I think this is just way too cool…
