Volume was weak during the bounce over the last five days. I don’t see any buyers moving the market up as much as the lack of sellers are giving price no reason to drop.

The swing chart of the yield of the 30 Year Treasury bond has broken the recent swing low from September and looks to have completed the bounce up since 2008.

30 Year Bond Swing Chart Turns Down

The swing chart of the 30 year T-Bond yield has turned down recently. After a possible basing activity, price broke below the second swing low yesterday. The third swing low is around 4.05% yield.

Ten Year Note Over Three Month T-Bill

One measure of banking system instability has been the 10 year Treasury Note over the 3 month Treasury Bill. In 2008 the volatility began to increase. During the big crisis the three month bill went to near zero which caused this chart to move toward infinity.
