Yesterday, the Powershares QQQ Trust (QQQQ) tested the recent low and made a high volume run at the 1:1 Gann Angle. The second attempt is usually easier than the first try at breaking a significant angle.

Russell 2000 Breakout

The Russell 2000 (RUT) broke out above the 50% price retrace that served as resistance since early May. Unfortunately, time is running out for the total market and the 1:1 descending Gann Angle sits above.

Market Leaders Ready for Cycle Turn?

SPX Cup with Handle in Correct Time Frame

If you look at the first chart in my public chart list you will see a good example of a bullish chart. The thrust up from March ended on April 7th. Price needed an equal amount of time to work off this move.
