Apple Computer (AAPL) was setup in a strong position but has not taken advantage of that position and looks to be ready to break down. My long term outlook has been weak for a while. But I was thinking AAPL could get a nice bounce with the market. I think it is do or die time for this chart. Continue reading

June 12th, 2008 2 Comments
As a follow up to a previous post on the Square of 90, I want to show an current example of the square in use. As discussed previously, the “Y” axis of price is arbitrary and time is the important aspect of the Gann Square of 90. Continue reading

Scaling the Gann Square of 9
May 23rd, 2008 No Comments
In a post earlier this week I discussed my aversion to arbitrary scaling of angles and numbers in the square of nine. In this post I want to show mathematically why it is wrong to multiply/divide by an arbitrary number (usually 10) in an attempt to make the data fit the tool. Continue reading

QQQQ Paused at 50% Retrace
April 29th, 2008 1 Comment
If the QQQQ can break through the 50% retrace line then I think it will go to the 1:1 descending slope around 50. The market is pausing and waiting for the Fed and the GDP numbers. Continue reading

Still No Follow Through

Assuming we take out the April high, I think we will move to the 1:1 down Gann line. SPX 1440 is 90 degrees above 360 degrees (1402) and also 5/8 from the low. Continue reading
